We’ll begin with a guided tasting of Blackbird’s acclaimed Napa Valley wines before exploring the art of Bordeaux-style blending with Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon.
Then, it’s your turn at the blending table. Taste, experiment, adjust, and create a custom blend based entirely on your own palate.
Enjoy light appetizers, insider wine education, and an evening exploring the craft behind Blackbird Vineyards and acclaimed winemaker Aaron Pott.
