Segovia Wine Bar offers an unparalleled selection of wine from across the Iberian Peninsula. Our wine program is focused on regions in Spain and Portugal, with an emphasis on the highest quality and most unique wines. We offer a selection of varietals and blend from both countries, as well as rotating selections from other renown wine regions of the world.
The Coravin Wine System uses proprietary technology that allows us to pour some favorite wines by the glass, while protecting the wine in the bottle from oxidation. It permits us to pour wine from bottles without ever pulling the cork. Coravin allows us to deliver incredible glasses indistinguishable from untouched bottles.
