Jorge Ordóñez & Co., founded in 2004, is a Spanish wine company dedicated to producing artisanal wines from some of the country’s oldest vineyards. The company highlights indigenous grape varieties and distinct regional terroirs while reviving traditional winemaking methods. Since 1987, Jorge Ordóñez has been committed to preserving Spain’s rich grape-growing and winemaking heritage. His mission centers on small-scale production, old-vine grapes, and championing the authenticity and diversity of Spain’s native varieties.
