Since 2016, Rootstock has been the premier annual celebration of the finest wines being grown in the lone star state. In 2025, the festival is back with a new theme: Spain! Sunday, April 6th from 12pm-6pm, Rootstock will feature 12 wineries, 4 chefs, live Spanish guitar and Spanish dance lessons! We are honored to be apart of this event and Chef Armando will be serving paella which is included in every ticket!
